The Law Offices of Tyresha Brown-O’Neal and Associates recently settled a case involving the tragic death of Mr. Shone Trawick, a grandfather of seven, who was beaten to death while being held in the Cuyahoga County Jail.

While we acknowledge that nothing will bring Mr. Trawick back to his family, our hope is this settlement, and the threat of future settlements of this magnitude, will push the County to re-evaluate how it protects the Jail’s population.
